GRATITUDE DEFINITION: 

The feeling of thankfulness or appreciation as for a gift or service. 
 
Do you appreciate what you already have?
 
Are you content with where you are in life or are you always looking for that next best thing?
 
If you are, then it time for you to learn the meaning of gratitude and the best way to do that is is by practicing gratitude. 
 
Have you ever practiced being grateful before?
 
If you have, how long have you done it for and how did you feel afterwards?
 
I bet you looked at what you have in your life in a different light huh?
 
Well in today's blog, I am going to be sharing with you a visualization exercise that sheds new light on what it means to be grateful.
   
It all starts by taking care of your garden. Not sure what I am referring to?
 
Watch this 14 minute attitude of gratitude exercise video below.
 
Once you finish watching the whole video, I want you to complete the challenge I have for you underneath this video so that you can learn see the power of gratitude at work as you create a grateful heart starting today!
 

I hope you enjoyed this gratitude exercise accompanied by a quick 10 minute meditation session as you listened to some calming nature sounds helped you to learn the meaning of gratitude. 
 
Learning to be thankful and grateful takes time so I have a little challenge for you!  
 

30 Day Gratitude Challenge 

 
You may have completed a similar challenge but this one has a little twist.
 
For the next 30 days, I want you to come up with at least 3 things you are grateful for.
 
It doesn't matter how big or small that thing is. 
 
Also, it has to be something new everyday.
 
No repeats!
 
In addition to that, every day I want you to thank someone for doing something for you no matter how big or small it is. 
 
This person can be a stranger or someone you know. 
 
By doing this, you are showing gratitude to others as well as appreciating the little things that people do for you.
 
This is spreading positivity and love to others and it can be quite contagious.
   

So be sure to thank someone daily along with writing down 3 new things you are grateful for!
