Can I checkout without having a PayPal account?

  • Absolutely! Having an account is not necessary in order to purchase your motivational items. At checkout, you have the option to create a PayPal account if you wish. So you can complete your purchase first and then decide if you want to save your information in a PayPal account for future purchases.

Will I be notified when my items ship?

  • Yes you will! Please keep an eye on your inbox and spam. You will receive an email from The Motivation Bug on the status of your items from when you placed the order, if it was cancelled, if payment method was incorrect, and when it ships.

How long will my items take to be delivered?

  • Due to the location of my suppliers, items may take up to 30 days  or more to reach you. An estimated time frame of how long each item will take to reach you will be under your item in the ‘Cart’ section of the shop.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

How much is shipping?

  • FREE OF CHARGE!

Where are the shipping options?

  • There is only one shipping method and since my suppliers are located all over the world, your items could take up to 30 days to be delivered to you.

Which countries do you ship to?

  • The Motivation Bug products are shipped globally! With this in mind, my suppliers are located in different parts of the world, so your items could take up to 30 days or more to be delivered to you.

What is your return policy?

  • If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you have 15 days from receiving the item(s) to return your order without explanation as long as:
    • All items are in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
    • Any safety seals are not damaged and all labels are retained
  • If you need to return a product, please send me a message HERE with the following information:
    • First and last name
    • Email address used
    • Order #
    • Reason for return
  • Once your return has been submitted a dispute will be opened up and you will receive an email from my dispute team. You will not receive an email directly from The Motivation Bug, but from my supplier so please keep a close eye on your inbox and spam folder. Please follow all of the steps laid out in that email to receive your refund.
  • Please keep in mind, a refund could take up to 30 days especially if the item needs to be sent back.

I'm an international customer, have you received my returned items?

  • An email will be sent to you from my dispute team in regards to your return so please keep an eye out for it in your inbox and your spam. It will not come from directly from The Motivation Bug, but from my supplier so please keep a close eye on your inbox and spam folder.
