All digital products are immediately sent to your email once your order is placed. Because of this, returns, refund, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason will not be accepted.
T-shirts are made to order, so returns or exchanges for any reason will not be accepted. This includes any mistakes you may have made on your order. Please review your order (shipping address, color, size, design, etc.) thoroughly before submitting it.
If you purchase a t-shirt and it arrives damaged, please send me an email ASAP with your name, order number, and please attach a picture of the entire item showing where the damage is.
You can send that email with the subject line ‘Damaged Item TMB’ to firstname.lastname@example.org
Once this information has been received and sent to our manufacturer, a replacement item will be sent to you.
Please be aware that your replacement item will take some time to arrive you so we ask that you please be patient.
